What you’re buying

Our digital products are downloadable files (PDFs and spreadsheets). You are buying a license to use the files under the terms below — not ownership of the files themselves.

Personal-use license

• Print the files for yourself, and print copies as gifts, as many as you need.
• Use the spreadsheets for your own household and your own paychecks.
• Do not redistribute, share, upload, or resell the files themselves — in whole or in part, free or paid. If someone wants a copy, send them to the shop; that’s how the next tool gets built.

Delivery

Downloads are delivered digitally — instantly after checkout on our primary rail, or by email to your checkout address the same day (usually within the hour) on the direct card rail. No physical product ships for digital items. Printed apparel is made to order and shipped by our print partner under the terms of the marketplace listing you bought from.

Refunds

Our Refund Policy is part of these terms: contact us within 14 days if your file is defective or you ordered by mistake and we will make it right or refund you.

Honest limits

Our tools are provided as-is. The Overtime Verifier computes expected pay from the hours and rates you enter — it is a checking tool, not payroll, legal, or tax advice, and it can’t account for every employer policy or agreement. Verify important numbers against your paystub and your employer’s policies.
