I bought — where’s my download?

On the primary checkout (Payhip), your download is delivered right after checkout and the link also goes to your email. On the direct card checkout (Stripe), your download is emailed to your checkout address the same day — usually within the hour. Check spam/promotions first; still nothing? Email us and we’ll re-send it.

What formats do the products come in?

Can I print the PDFs at home?

Yes. Everything printable is sized for standard home printing (US Letter unless a product page says otherwise), and the spreadsheets work in Excel or Google Sheets.

Can I share a file with my crew?

The files are licensed for personal use — print copies for yourself or as gifts, but please don’t pass the files around or resell them. Sending your crew the product link keeps the lights on for the next tool. Full terms on the Terms page.

What if I ordered by mistake, or the file is broken?

Contact us within 14 days and we will make it right or refund you — that’s the whole promise, and it’s on the Refunds page.

Where are the shirts?
