Refund Policy

Digital downloads: contact us within 14 days if your file is defective or you ordered by mistake and we will make it right or refund you. Printed apparel is made to order; damaged or misprinted items are replaced or refunded.

How to ask

Email stoddard.j@me.com from the address you checked out with, and tell us the product and what went wrong. We answer support mail ourselves — expect a reply within one business day, usually much faster.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through the same checkout you bought on (this site, Payhip, Stripe, or Etsy). If you bought on a marketplace, that marketplace’s checkout processes the refund — but the promise above is ours, and it is the same on every surface. If a marketplace process ever gives you trouble, email us and we’ll walk it through with you.

What “make it right” means first

For a defective file — a download that won’t open, a spreadsheet error, a print that came out wrong — our first move is a fixed file, free. If we can’t fix it, the refund is automatic; you won’t have to argue for it.
